We answer frequently asked questions about purchase & financing, handling and maintenance during operation, as well as about our service, support and spare parts management – so that you are always well informed.

SAFETY & QUALITY

All our machines are CE certified and are designed in accordance with the current version of the EU Machinery Directive. We also meet all country-specific compliance requirements, including those for the USA. Quality is at the heart of everything we do at hyCLEANER — we ensure this through regular audits by independent testing institutes.

Our machines meet the highest safety and quality requirements. They meet all applicable requirements of the Machinery Directive as well as the current requirements in the area of cybersecurity, in order to protect both the operation and the data of our customers in the best possible way.

A special unique selling point of hyCLEANER in the field of PV cleaning robots:
We are the only manufacturer on the market that offers a robot with integrated edge detection for fall protection. This innovative system ensures additional safety when used in demanding environments and underlines our technological advantage.

PURCHASE & SERVICE

You always have the opportunity to see our machines in action — either during one of our demo tours (sign up here) or by scheduling an individual demonstration at your location. We would also like to warmly invite you to visit our facilities — either at our headquarters in Gronau, Germany, or at our U.S. location in Florida — so you can get a firsthand look at the plant, our robots, and the team behind them. Our newly built rooftop PV system allows us to easily test a variety of scenarios right on our roof.

Test: You can also rent our machines in advance for testing. If you want to keep the machine, the rent will be credited to you when you purchase the machine.

Training courses: When renting or buying our robots, there is always a training course / instruction on the device. Alternatively, our training videos are also available online at any time, which can be particularly helpful for the start of the season or the instruction of new employees.

In principle, we give a warranty period of 1 year on our machine technology, which starts with the date of the delivery note. It is possible to take out an extended warranty beyond this.

Service is a particularly important concern for us. You can reach our service during typical office hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays) by telephone on +49 2562 99254 20 or +49 173 5446311 as well as via WhatsApp.

The delivery time may vary depending on the product. We ship our own machine technology from stock, so you can expect a classic delivery time of approx. 2 weeks. Trading products also usually have a short delivery time of 1 to 2 weeks. Technical changes and unforeseeable events of force majeure remain reserved.

Depending on the model, there are different configuration options for the machines. You can configure the robot according to your requirements from different accessories – for example, select smaller or larger brushes, choose different treadmills, configure a hose management system or also supplement your equipment with manual brush systems and water treatment systems such as hot water or osmosis systems or also equip a complete van/trailer. Thus, we can tailor an individual offer to your needs.

We naturally also offer you flexibility when it comes to financing. There are different models here: in addition to the purchase, we are at your side with leasing partners – whether leasing or hire purchase. OPERATION & MAINTENANCE

When developing our products, we have placed value on the machines being low-maintenance. Should something still happen, we are always available to help you with our service. Either individual components can be sent to us or, depending on what is required, maintenance work can also be carried out by you. We will provide you with assistance. In general, almost everything can be maintained or repaired in-house with normal tools.

We offer the possibility to conclude a maintenance contract. This starts with the annual maintenance at 299 EUR and covers a full check-up of the machine. The material used during maintenance will be invoiced separately in consultation with you.

Note: The maintenance is carried out at hyCLEANER in Gronau; the transport to the factory is organised by the customer. If required, we can also equip you with extensive spare parts packages if you want to carry out the maintenance yourself.

The spare parts for our machines are usually in stock, so we can react immediately. The exchange is initiated by our service department and is either sent to you or directly installed or exchanged on site at hyCLEANER in the repair shop or made available for collection.

If you are near our location, we ask you to register before you come by.

This depends on the product. In general, in the area of software, an update can either take place via a certified dealer or us. With technical innovations, we always pay attention to backward compatibility. Updates are provided free of charge within the warranty period; after that, we reserve the right to charge a small fee.
